Costa Rica - Avis Costa Rica

I've used Alamo, but AVIS has been the best rental car agency in CR...so far !
As a travel agent in the U.S. it's important that I refer my clients to the best...I'll be comparing Avis with the service of another agency soon.
I'm not naming names here, but they beat Avis in the way of pricing.
But, as it stands today (Nov.30,2010)
Avis is no.#1 in my book.
