Consorcio Internacional Hospital es la afiliada mexicana de International Hospital Corporation, empresa con sede en Dallas, Texas. Este consorcio invierte en hospitales, los opera y comercializa y estos operan con el nombre de Centro Internacional de Medicina (CIMA). CIH opera también hospitales en Brasil bajo el nombre de VITA.
