Escogimos este nombre del protagonista de la famosa serie televisiva de los 80, DALLAS (J R Ewing). Para ese tiempo en nuestro país pocas personas consumían costilla de cerdo a la parrilla, entonces se decide Introducir la moda de comer costillas cocidas a la parrilla bañadas con salsa BBQ.
