ASCHVILLE nombre con el que se bautizó esta propiedad hace más de 14 años comenzó como una finca de recreo ubicada en las montañas de Heredia muy cerca del “Bosque De La Hoja” que, originalmente, se usaba solo los fines de semana y días feriados para el esparcimiento de la familia Asch, pero muy pronto los hermanos Jorge y Ronald Asch, recordando los viejos tiempos de la zona bananera sur de Costa Rica la cual contaba con canchas de Golf, empezaron a tirar bolas sobre las áreas verdes que rodeaban la casa.
