New infrastructure will allow to serve 1,500 passengers
Within a year the new terminal for passengers will be completed at the Daniel Oduber airport which will have a capacity to accommodate 1,500 passengers and include four gates. At present it can only manage 900 people. The new structure will have an area of 23 thousand square meters, and its investment will amount to $ 35 million.

The building will have two floors with commercial areas, bathrooms, air conditioning and public services such as telephones and the Internet which will be usad to attend both international and local flights, in addition to receiving privare flight operations. The construction was managed by the concession's modal of public works, which is the second project awarded under the Arias Sánchez administration scheme.

The company will charge passengers $ 7 for the 20 years of concession to recover its investment.
