 Spirit Airlines open a call center in Costa Rica
Last Friday, Spirit Airlines opened a reservation desk in ULTRA PARK business center in Costa Rica. It will provide services to Spirit and new customers. The opening was done with the hiring of 75 agents and staff. All these people, capacitated on customer’s service are able to attend all phone calls, make reservations and evacuate customer’s doubts.
“Our decision was made because of the reputation Costa Rica has as a tourism destination and because of the quality of its human resources”, said airline officials.

“These are great news that show trust and the good name Costa Rica has as a tourism destination and the excellent preparation of the Costa Ricans” pointed María Amalia Revelo, sub-manager of the Costa Rican Tourism Institute.
Spirit operates with 150 daily flights to 39 destinations. The airline works with low fees, but it’s one of the biggest airlines in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
This opening was done even the contraction that the tourism sector has had because of the international crisis.
