San José among the most visited cities of Latin America |

Costa Rica’s capital city of San José was ranked among the top 10 most visited cities of Latin America.
 The ranking was established by Euromonitor International, in a study that also listed Cancún, Mexico City, La Habana, Salvador Bahía, Fortaleza, Foz de Iguazú, Rio de Janiero, Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires in addition to San José as the top 10 most visited cities of Latin America.
The recognition of San José is a tribute to Municipal efforts to revitalize the capital city by creating open spaces, parks and boulevards, to enhance the experience of visiting the city.
Mexico and Brazil maintain overall leadership occupying seven of the top 10 rankings. |
