Hotel Tabacon receives LECS

Luxury Eco-Certification Standard (LECS) is an international ecological certification, which acknowledges the commitment to sustainable tourism. In order to have this certification, there are 100 requirements divided in 5 categories, for example water and energy conservation, recycling and local community relations.

Hotel Tabacon located in La Fortuna, San Carlos, is the first hotel among Latin America and second worldwide that receives the worldwide volunteer ecological certification program.
