The tourism industry related with the segment of nature, travel gents, wholesaler buyers, retailers and potential buyers in search or options when planning their holidays, buying equipment and accessories for the practice of activities related with nature tourism gathered for 3 days.
During the Open Forum we had over 30 presentations on diverse subjects related to nature tourism; new products were launched, and tourism destinations presented, We also had environmental conservation projects and a workshop for children on saving energy.
2,000 professionals from the tourism sector attended: operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and
retailers, hotels, lodging companies, airlines, land transport, ecological parks and reserves. Some international buyers also visiting were those specializing on adventure and ecotourism from countries as Canada, Costa Rica, Spain, U.S.A., South Africa, Peru, France and Venezuela.
Over 5,000 high-level visitors, who are always looking for new travel destinations and activities in contact with nature to diversify their options.
