This Tuesday August 30th at the Raddison Hotel, located in Barrio Tournón, San José, will take place the presentation of the companies of the Manuel Antonio area, starting at 1:00 p.m. and until 6:00 p.m. in the rooms Zurquí III and IV.
This event is organized by the Manuel Antonio Group; it’s ideal for the companies and persons related with tourism such as travel agencies, wholesalers, and the local and international press, among others.
On previous years this presentation has been very successful owing to the participation of the most important travel agencies and wholesalers of the country. After 6:00 p.m. the activity finalizes with a cocktail for the travel agents, tourism functionaries, government and the press.
For the moment, over 30 companies have confirmed their assistance; some of them are Playa Espadilla Hotel, Blue Pin Sport Fishing, Aventuras H20, Rancho Savegre, Fourtrax Adv, La Isla Hotel, Divisamar Hotel, Gray Line tours, Canopy Safari, Adventure Manuel Antonio, Karahe Hotel, Adrenaline Tours, Iguana Tours, Parador Hotel, Finca Valmy, Issimo Suites Hotel, Sansa Air, Rest. El Gran Escape, Nature Air, El Costanero, Portasol, Buena Vista Villas, Payless Rent a Car, DHL Service, Tulemar Hotel, Brisas del Nara , Alamo Rentacar, Rancho los Tucanes and the Sicomono Hotel, among others.
Manuel Antonio is located on the Central Pacific Coast. Manuel Antonio Park has 2 of the country’s white-sand beaches. It is surrounded by an exuberant tropical forest. In Manuel Antonio, besides being able to enjoy from the sun and the beach you can also walk the forest’s trails where white-faced or squirrel monkeys, sloths, coatis and other interesting animals may be seen. It offers many places for trying regional food and to have fun at night. There are horseback riding tours, rafting, fishing, and cruises for dolphin watching, among other things.
