Annual Latin America Distributor Convention |

A total of ninety Latin America businessmen who distribute Hyundai construction equipment gathered in San José, Costa Rica for its Annual Convention.
For two weeks, executives shared sales strategies, service training, and other activities to standardize policies aimed at an excellent customer service –as good as in previous years—which has resulted in the last few years in an increase of Hyundai construction machinery sales.
According to the host, Gerardo Cruz, President of Grumah S.A., the fact that Hyundai had chosen our country as the seat for this convention is an achievement resulting from the wide acceptance of its products across Central America, where thanks to the competitive pricing and good customer service more and more construction companies and developers tend to purchase Hyundai machinery.
For Jong-Jhin Kim, Executive Vice-president, this is the right time to enter the Latin American market because the region's economy is recovering. "The most important thing about a firm is not its size but its philosophy. We are very satisfied with the positive attitude of Grumah S.A. that has led to an increase of the customer portfolio. Its growth has been aggressive, and we hope to maintain our relationship with this company for a long time," said Kim.
The activity was also attended by Hyundai senior staff such as Sang-Pyo Ji, Joon-Yong Alm, Soo-IL Hong Deputy, and Chang Lim Chumg who, together with the rest of the participants, visited Grumah S.A. facilities located in Heredia and over the weekend, they were briefed about the status of La Ponderosa Project in Liberia. Finally, they enjoyed the facilities of Villas Mapache in Coco Beach.
