$32 million invested Juan Santamaria’s International Airport Costa Rica |

Alterra Partners is a company that had to sell the majority of its stocks (95%) due to its inability to finish Juan Santamaria’s International Airport. The new investment requires $32,5 millions. This project will be faced by Houston Airport System (HAS) that will operate I the airport to generate new resources to use them to pay the credit of Alterra. This role will be taken on July 1st.

EDICA Limitada will be in charge of the construction of the rest of the airport that was supposed to be finished in 2004. The priority is to finish the terminal. After that, it’s important to rehabilitate the Customs Area where 24 counters will be available to the passengers’ necessities. The old waiting rooms will be demolished to build the new ones with more modern departure sectors.
