The Costa Rica Tourism Board has joined Costa Rica’s cultural promotion by sponsoring the 2010 International Arts Festival (FIA).
Since 2002, the ICT has recognized the importance of cultural tourism and has sought ways to continue supporting this market under its National Tourism Development Plan.
This commitment was signed during a meeting between the ICT and the National Theater to support the eleventh edition of FIA, celebrated from March 18th thru the 28th.
As part of the agreement, the ICT will provide FIA with luxury services, sound equipment, LED screens, and tents for the main stage, children’s stage, as well as for the Alajuela and Limón park stage. The institution will also advertise the event on television, billboards, newspapers and street display ads.
