Anew one-day attraction recently opened its doors in San Mateo, province of Alajuela, approximately two hours from the capital. This is a large farm that was turned into a farming theme park with approximately 2000 domestic animals.
 Its creators' idea is that those who visit are able to see how these species live, as well as have the opportunity to get a close look at them and even touch them.
Animals are divided into six stations and in each of these, exhibitions are carried out showing the skills of each group of animals, with a markedly educational approach. The park also has beautiful paths and gardens throughout its 80 hectares. |
