 This program designs and promotes the adoption of policies that encourage the necessary changes in Costa Rica's business environment to improve its investment climate. It also communicates the results of economic and social studies.
These actions tend towards the main purpose of promoting a sustainable, mid and long term, economic and social development. The main areas in which this program focuses are: infrastructure, intellectual property, telecommunications, economic deregulation, institutional development and macro economic stability.
