Park Attractions

This refuge protects coastal mangroves and the estuary of Quebrada Grande. The Iguanita Beach offers placid tranquil swimming due to the Culebra Bay being a calm bay protected from the open waters of the Pacific Ocean of Costa Rica.

Park Facilities and Hours

There are no public facilities at this wildlife refuge. Other nearby Costa Rica Parks are Costa Esmeralda, Las Baulas National Marine Park, and Santa Rosa National Park.
