San Vito Costa Rica
San Vito
The beautiful mountain village of San Vito is approximately 980 meters up and offers a rest from the tropical heat of the lowlands. San Vito was founded by Italian immigrants in the early 1950's. There are various small hotels in town. The most popular area activity is to enjoy an Italian meal at this destination. Moreover, San Vito is a good point in route for a visit to the Wilson Botanical Garden and the international park "La Amistad".
