Receiving a certificate for sustainable tourism, the resort is committed to minimizing its impact and protecting the environment.
"Many of our ingredients come from local suppliers and we try to operate as naturally as possible," Viecetty said. "We want a natural flavor and so we try to create a balance with what we do in the area."
With a capacity of over 150 guests, the restaurant is able to cater to a variety of occasions including parties, formal receptions and other dining needs.
